Shipping policy

Please note that About Baby Shop is only doing shipping in the USA and Canada.

For domestic US orders over $120 is free shipping.

For all Canada shipping, we have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Any orders shipped to Canada are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at the time of delivery. About Baby Shop is not responsible for any taxes or fees.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our fulfillment warehouse in Plano, Texas. During times of high volume, this is subject to change. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for order processing. The customer will be sent a tracking number once the order ships.

*Please note that transit time is calculated after the shipment is processed. Our standard/economy shipping transit times are 5-8 business days and express shipping transit time is 1-2 business days depending where it's going. These transit time is calculated after shipment is with carrier and does not include processing time.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package.

Please note that once a package tracks as 'Delivered', About Baby Shop will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing, or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. Please check with your local post office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
